JOB:

The role will mainly compromise both Compliance and Company Secretarial responsibilities

Compliance responsibilities include:

  • FAIS compliance
  • FSCA
  • PAIA

o   Creation of companies

  • Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of statutory files and registers

  • Taking minutes of board meetings, investment committee meetings, advisory board meetings.
  • Preparation of minutes for AGMs.

  • Preparation for annual insurance reviews for Professional Indemnity and short–term

CANDIDATE:
